Vellfire1
I have fitted a discreet and all external diesel heater ( much safer than petrol )( also separate hidden diesel tank ) that works via remote control from up to 100m away. The ducting is connected to the original ducting, so you see nothing at all. It works wonderful on these cold mornings, you can also check the car cabin temperature from the remote, you then decide to switch it on or not all from the warmth of your house... Any interest on detail, pls pm me..

Karl
Thinking of getting a heater too for my 05 Alphard, where did you install the fuel tank for the diesel heater? and which brand heater did you get? Been looking at the Planar Autoterm, quoted £875 fitted. Edited December 21, 2021 by Karl
Alphard2010
Hi Vellfire1, Could you please share the details of your setup ? It sounds a very good option considering you fitted it yourself thanks
