Ive asked several garages about this light and they have said a light bulb has blown but all the light bulbs work so i come here to ask

This is "Discharge headlight auto levelling warning light", it could be a sensor issue or a leveling bar issue itself.

 

Try to clean them both as it may be simply dirt which is causing them to operate.
