I should have my new to me Alphard ina week or so . First thing to do will be new timing belt and water pump , seen a few online , I’m not sure of the quality of the o rs on eBay .

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a decent supplier of new Alphard parts ?

Toyota Direct, or try your local Toyota dealer.

 

Some dealers, mine for example, are very helpful; others hide behind the grey import excuse.
