Hi All

I bought my Alphard with A Kenwood DMX8019DABS head unit already installed but it doesn't communicate with the ceiling TV although I can see that it does have power when you flip the screen down. I'm guessing the cable from the TV should run to the head unit from when it was connected to the Japanese unit. Does anyone know if it is possible to wire it as a second screen to the Kenwood head unit or are they incompatible? Cheers for any info.

Not sure if you have sorted it out, but I think you need to check all the cables on the back of the Head Unit and see if they are connected properly.

This picture should be the back of the unit and you can see there is a video out cable.
