Conversion to own hybrid

Recommended Posts

Hi

Can anyone recommend a converter that will convert a hybrid not sourced by them.  We are not sure about buying and converting a vehicle we have not seen or test driven.  The price of vehicle and conversion from the same dealer also seems expensive and we were hoping to source a vehicle and have a custom conversion done to our budget.  As this will be our only vehicle, we need it to be as recent as possible with low mileage, but have a limited amount available.  Any suggestions gratefully received.

Welcome to the Forum

I can ask the convertor who did my vehicle, not a million miles form Dorset, but .....

I know he can't deliver a conversion before April 2022, at the earliest.

I don't know whether has done, or is willing to do, a Hybrid.

He certainly has done Alphards , Elgrands and VWs and other Toyotas.

Send me a PM with your details if you would like them passed to him.

I have no financial interest in his business.

He does do custom work based on his regular side or rear conversions.

He also can fit pop tops if you want one.

Regarding his custom work, he is a very good listener while jointly discussing your requirements.
