mally Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 Replaced factory fitted stereo with new android head unit but can't figure out which lead is for the camera's any help please. Everything else works ok even the steering wheel controls. The stereo I replaced is a Matsushita 86100-58011 but it has about 15 sockets, (pictured below) and can't find and user manual for it.
Picasso Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 You have no video out put on the back there should be red and yellow connectors
Catweazle Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 You will probably need the very expensive Beatsonic converter cables.....
Ayrshire Man Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 Do you have the Japanese head unit for sale?
Ayrshire Man Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 Just realised it is a Hybrid so won’t fit my Alphard, Sorry
Ayrshire Man Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) Just checked in the Toyota Parts list and 86100-58011 will fit my Alphard Edited August 15, 2022 by Ayrshire Man
CraigLal Posted April 9 Posted April 9 (edited) Hi, Mally, I'm about to start the same quest to replace my head unit that matches your old one. Did you find out which socket does what and which lead was the camera? I recognise it's been a while: From what I've found so far the interface into the parking assist ECU is left-hand light blue connector and it needs a LVDS converter: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007374098960.htm to connect into the Android unit. Hope that helps Edited April 9 by CraigLal
