I must have filled up around 3 times before I realised my mistake. Looking back on it an easy mistake to make.
BilboJ Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I've had my 2007 2.4l Alphy for a couple of months. I'm tracking the MPG and I'm getting somewhere around 27 for mixed driving. On a longish run along the A303 recently (about 180 miles total) I got aover 29 mpg which I'm well chuffed with. That was driving between 65 and 70.
Alpha Hydrae Posted June 8 Posted June 8 Just done a 900 mile camping trip to Scotland from Manchester. 4 passengers, pets, bikes, paddleboards, 1 week's food supplies....rammed full! Counted the miles between filling up tank twice, 30.3mpg average! I'm fairly light footed and tend to stick between 60 and 65mph on motorways. 1
