Had the underseal done today, can anyone shed any light on what appear to be braces?

Looks like some kind of aftermarket chassis strengthening. To improve the strength and handle of the car.

Yeh, after a bit of searching around that seems to be the case although not quite sure why! Perhaps that explains the electric throttle controller that’s been fitted, clearly someone thought they were a boy racer 😆

Well... basically as the car feels like a Van to drive, high center of gravity and body roll when cornering, etc... Strengthening the chassis should help with the body roll and make it a bit more stable, so it feels more like driving a normal car in theory.

Well it certainly drives like a normal car, and when on SP4, it takes off in a way that upsets the fuel gauge 😆
