Change Japanese interface to English?

Does anyone knows if it is possible to change the system interface language from Japanese to English, on a Gen 2 Alphards or Vellfires?

 

It would make things so much easier if you want to continue using everything as original. My gut feeling is there has to be a way? Settings? Software update? Chip fitting? Is there anything out there that is not common knowledge? Calling experts to comment. I don't think I'm first one to think of this and might be reinventing the wheel / wasting time if it were impossible..

 

Changing satnav to uk was another question but TBH Waze with latest map and live traffic on dashboard makes it almost redundant

This one is making it look so easy but is 2012-2014 gen 2. (I've not tried on mine older one it is not here yet)
