Cutothechase car has this button - what is it?

And that gadget on dashboard - is that speedo? Connected to obd or satnav?

 

BTW cutothechase voice has resonance and mellow depth to it like he is speaking on the DAB radio 👍😀

So this is LPG / Petrol indicator.

I'm tempted to stick to Waze only as it gets regular updates and does all..speed satnav and camera
