Do they swivel ?

 

Are they Captains middle seats from a 7 seater, or the set (2 and a half) from an eight seater ?

No they don't swivel. The are the 2 rows of a 7 seater. So yes the back one which fold up have one seat in the middle if you Push the armrests up.
