Hello. I’ve just had a new battery connected. The head unit is now in this state - I assume it’s asking for a code of some sort. Does anyone know how I can reset the code?

Just realised I’ve posted in the wrong section. This is a 2012 model.

No idea how to reset the code, sorry I cant help there, but using the Translate app it looks like its a password authentication prompt asking for Mothers maiden name, very doubtful you'll be able to find that info

The 529175 number at the top is reading back as Serial No. if that helps you with your search.

Found a similar thread on this forum and got our man Suresh to unlock it. He’s raised his prices a bit but it did the job.

I don't run windows so wouldn't know.
I run it in WINE as I'm on linux destop.
