Hi all. I need some help please

Just got a 2013 Hybrid Alphard with NHZN-X62G head unit. 

Any idea how to change the language from japanese to english?

You can’t change the language on that model, sorry.

Ok Thank you for that information. I will have to buy a used replacement head unit. Any model that you could reccomend that replaces it?

I've got the translate app you open your camera hover over the writing and it translates into English it's great.
