I've been searching for a while for a garage that could carry out servicing and repairs on my 05 hybrid Alphard. 

 

I've been in contact with a garage in Newport called Osaka, they are a Toyota hybrid and import specialist. They have confirmed they can carry out every repair needed on the hybrids even down to hybrid battery repairs and replacements. The shop is run by a former Toyota Master tech I believe.

 

shops that will openly and confidently say they can repair hybrids let alone imported hybrids are rare, so I thought I would post it here for other to use and contact.
