Hi I am thinking of buying a Toyota Alphard, could some one tell me what the fuel consumption is please, ie how many miles to the gallon. Many thanks

Believe it or not there's very litte difference between the 2.4 engine and the 3.0ltr, the 2.4 should produce between 25-32 mpg that is if you keep you engine's rev range under 3000rpm   the 3.0 ltr engine can and does produce 24 mpg but stories are emerging of mpg up to 28 mpg ...dont forget the 3.0ltr engine is far more efficent when pulling more weight than the smaller capacity engine

Thank you for that speedy reply, Is this urban, do you know what it would be extra urban. Many thanks.

06 2.4 here on 300 mile trip got 33/34 mpg out of it.... Using E5 and keeping it under 2000 revs when possible.... Very happy with that 😂

Mixture of motorway A and B roads.... Just enjoy the comfort and pootle

My 2.4 only does 16-18 mpg in town stop start traffic and small local trips, it will do 30mpg on a run.

I have a 2.4l 2009 Vellfire, does 28 mpg. I must admit that I don't drive the most economical way.

There is a page on here where people list MPG
