Sliding door will not close fully. It slides to the point where it turns in, stops and reopens. All clean and lubricated, no obvious damage. All rails and wheels seem good. Will push shut. Do the motor get tired. Any thoughts or help welcome

I have the same issue, the door closes tight but afte a second eleases and the door stays closed on the safety latch. I've cleaned the trims, sliders and checked the limit switches etc. Dd you manage to get a resolve for your issue?

Hello Tom,

Do you encounter the same problem if the engine is running ?

If so, charge your battery fully.

Is it both doors ?

I am wondering if you may have a problem with the obstruction sensors

If I may recall, my cousin has ANH10 2007, he serviced the sliding door, and found out that there is a small looks like dynamo, he changed it at resolved. I will try to ask him if there is a picture about it.
