Rear Bumper Removal

Have managed to damage (small hole and cracks) the rear bumper of my '57 plate Alphard. It is pristine apart from this.  🥲 I'm pretty sure I can repair the damage but it will be much easier with the bumper off the vehicle. Can't find much information about removing the bumper anywhere online. If anyone has already done this or can offer any advice I'd be very grateful. Thanks in anticipation.
