Hi Frank,

 

Passenger side B pillar is where it is on mine .

It won't look like a European one.

 

It will begin with your model number (ANH) and the latter digits are your VIN number.

For example ANHW-10  0098765.

 

It should be on your auction certificate if you have one.

Thanks I was confused because everything I looked up said a 17 character vin but mine actually only has 12 I had to check the door pillar and the engine compartment 

Yes Roger is right,   my 2008 Vellfire shows  ANH20 -8033602  on Export certificate.
