cerbrus2
Ok, so i have seen some rumors around the net that fitting CC is as simple as buying the control online, and splicing in the black wire on the steering wheel. (without blowing your self into boot via the airbag of course. Is this true, or is it a load of crud. I have the 2002 model 3.0l v6. with everything the car has on it, Including lane guidance (doesnt work in uk as far as I know) electric curtains, 100v AC inverter etc etc but they didnt have CC. Chris.ac
only easy on the facelift models as these had electronic throttle - I believe the 2002 has a cable throttle. Someone else might clarify, or you could check you throttle housing and see if it is cable driven Edited November 5, 2022 by Chris.ac

Chris.ac
in that case, as long as you have an alphard that is not early 2002, you should have plug 'n play CC
