New stereo head unit

Hello I have just purchased a alphard 350G edition welcab with electric wheelchair for out disabled son

very happy with it but looking to swap out the head unit for a uk system the vehicle has a rear dvd screen which I would like to keep working can anyone recommend a system or a place that could fit a new system
