My 2010 vellfire needs new front struts. I could wait weeks for these to be imported but I don't want to wait that long.

Would it be possible to use the struts from a similar vehicle that are able to be easily and quickly sourced locally? Maybe from a Previa?

Unusual, can I ask why you need new front struts?  try Lee at  Jap auto spares (024 76 695 700 )

It was making some noises from the passenger side suspension soo I took it to a mechanic and they said the front suspension needed to be replaced but because it was an imported car they were unable to find the parts from their supplier.

I checked out the Jap auto spares site and I wasn’t able to find front struts listed.

Soo that’s why I’m still wondering if it is fine to use struts from similar vehicles.

Did a Google search plenty of options online.
