Hello,

Welcome to the Forum.

How do you quantify high mileage ? Or low mileage. Miles per year; but what are your definitions of high and low ?

How many miles a year do you anticipate covering ?

I would be looking for overall condition, undersealing is a must, on the newest car I could afford.
The newer cars have more gears, and hence, tend to have better mileage; if that matters to you.

Do you intend to buy in the UK, or import from abroad ?

Option 1..  2.4 Vellfire...2010 with 20000 miles up for £17k

Option 2....2.4 Vellfire...2012 with 63000 miles up for £15k

Both UK sourced. Plan approx 5-6k miles per year.

Have you considered a V6 ?

Some owners find the 4 cylinder a little underpowered.

I have a Gen 1, so cannot really advise on the Gen 2.

Give it  a day or so, I'm sure you'll get opinions from 2.4 owners.

What's the spec of the cars? but for me I would go option 2 just because it's 2k cheaper and both are low mileage for the age

Both same spec.
