Greetings in 2023.

Just had to renew the insurance for the vellfire 2.4.

Had been with Admiral without claim - premium went up from £255 to £495 😂😂.

Told them to increase it to £695 as I've gotta "loads a money".🤥

Anyway called Adrian Flux and got it for £300 with + named driver.

Spoke with a young lady called Levi, she was brilliant and had plenty of time to answer all my queries...

She was exceptional....

Suggest you ask for her as nothing was too much trouble for her to get this best price.

I tried Admiral for mine when I first got it after getting the cheapest price from them on comparison page. They said they would not insure mine as it was a 240z and the only insure 240s and 240x. I told them it was the same thing and just trim difference, infact the according to wiki, the 240s does not even exist. They said a manager would phone me, that was six months ago and still no call.

 

After speaking with them I phoned Adrian Flux and they matched the price after speaking to insurer, they also added free cover for my excess and when my previous insurer made a mistake with my previous claims, Adrian Flux gave me £50 compensation

So after much searching and many painful phone calls the cheapest insurance I could get was £600 fully comp from Adrian Flux.

Im 58, 20 plus no claims and no penalty points or convictions. The insurance industry is the latest rip off merchants jumping on the 

lets rip off the general public for all we can ethos. Really pisses me off the way this country is going. Rant over.

Did you check the Insurance thread on this Forum ?

 

Adrian Flux are not normally the most reasonably priced insurance brokers.
