Garage Recomendation N/E Lincolnshire

Hi recently I had problems with my Alphrd 2006 2.4 petrol/hybrid, I live in Mumby ,Lincolnshire. There are no garages to my knowledge in this immediate vicinity who can repair hybrid faults. I contacted a garage in Grimsby explained the fault and made arrangements to take the vehicle to him. Ray is qualified to 4th generation hybrid although he admitted he has not done a lot with hybrids since doing the courses, he had never heard of an Alphard let alone repaired one, on the day I had arranged to take the vehicle to him it came to a halt on the A16 south of Louth.  I called the breakdown service got recovered to the garage , from that point Ray took over explained what he thought it may be and his plan of action. To cut a long story short I now have my Alphie back running better than before, service was excellent information and updates were very precise and regular and the cost of the work was very fair. I have cleared this with Ray he is happy to do mor work on these vehicle if you are within traveling distance he is definitely the man to see can’t recommend him enough.
