Is it possible to change the language on the sat nav or is a new sat nav required and if so where can I get one

No to changing language. 

 

Yes to changing. You can get them from anywhere you can buy a car stereo. You will need a double din sized unit

You don't need to change the head unit, if that's what you're considering, to use a Sat Nav.

There are phone apps or discrete Sat Nav units
