Toyota alphard hybrid 2005 error code p3125 please anyone knows

Hi Ben,

I have 2005 toyota alphard hybrid e four. Km only around 100k. All of sudden without no warning car cut power then stop I tried to restart then some grinding type of noise came with some burning oil burning smell RAC came they check without scan on computer because they don't have software to check japness cars. Anyway he said something to do with transmission he check all fuses they were fine. Any suggestions please ?
