Good day all,as I say I'm a full newby.

I wish I had found this group before I bought it would have saved me a lot of problems getting insurance ended up getting it from Admiral Full comp £650 don't know if that's okay. 

Road tax was a bit of surprise why so high for a Hybrid?

Now I could do with some help does any one know of a good garage or mechanic in the Portsmouth area,

would like to have a health check on the Alphard hybrid as have got no service history. 

Any help or advice would be most welcome. Brian

This is a great Forum. I'm sure there are some members near you that can help recommend a garage.

 

I'm with Admiral too 👍🏼

They beat most of the other insurance company quotes by a few hundred pounds.

 

As for the road tax. I believe it's a general price for a 'grey import'.

I suppose it works out cheap if you have a 2.4 or 3.5 as the equivalent uk car tax would be much higher. 

 

Summer is around the corner.. enjoy the trips in your Alphard.
