Has anyone done a room light change on their Alphard?

Hi Alasdair, I have changed all the internal lights over to LED's, so if they get left on they don't drain the battery or get hot/melt. What do you actually mean by room light?

Regards,

Clive

Hi Clive, It's the lights that shine up from the pillars and have 4 brightness settings. One is out and needs a bulb change

Hi Alasdair, will look into it and get back to you, may take a few days, Regards, Clive.

Hi Roger it's the rear driver side pillar light that isn't working

Hi, I have a toyota alphard and want to change the Room light bulbs to different colour, anyone know what bulb this is? It's in a holder I believe from You tube videos I've seen

I managed to get the trim off the pillar and there was a loose connection to the light. Refitted and all working fine again.

Alasdair, how did you secure the lighting strip to your dashboard, looks good

Hello Michael the strip has a flat edge that is pushed into gaps/joins in the dashboard

Thank you  Alasdair, next question where did you buy it ?

Hello Michael I got it from the AliExpress app. There are many types available with many outlets for putting light strips in different places like doors or even the roof. Still working out where I can put more as I have an 8m length and a total of 6 light outlets.
