Can I fit a steering pump from avensis, verso, previa, etc to my 2.4 Alphard?

 

Seems that when you mention the word Alphard, the price doubles ! £225 from a jap spares place £78 on eBay for an avensis !

 

I'm assuming the 2.0 & the 2.4 petrol engine use the same pump. It's just a standard 4 pot engine so any advice would be great. Thanks.

Just a quick update for this post, I managed to cross reference the part numbers for the steering pump and the avensis pump for £78 is the same pump! Fitted it a few weeks ago now, perfect. Certainly worth doing a bit of digging on the web, saved me £140 !
