I am about to put a deposit down on a 2008 Alphard but I am getting cold feet.

I have tried to find a new front right headlamp as a test to gauge availability of parts in the UK and can only find USED parts and they are eye watering in price.

Is this the reality of buying an Alphard? If so I will give it a miss, but I am hoping there are knowledgeable owners out there that may be able to point me in the right direction.

Does anyone out there have a place they know of who can source new lamps for example?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks.

I presume that these are used parts.

I’m shocked that there are no OEM headlights for the Alphard anywhere!

I can buy OEM headlights for cars much older than 2008.

They must exist in Japan surely?

I can find rear LED aftermarket lights for the Alphard but just no fronts unless used. It is baffling.

Hello Patrick,

Welcome to the Forum.

I would personally not be buying from euro jap parts after the bad experience I had with them new suspension arm failed after 8 weeks would not honour warranty
