RustyShackleford Posted April 1, 2021 Posted April 1, 2021 Hello, I've recently purchased and Alphard and it's been great, however, the check engine light kept coming on intermittently after driving for a while. The seller came and checked it out and I've been told that the speed sensor on my Alphard is faulty. I've been sent the part, but I'm having trouble finding a garage to fit it. A few have said "nah we don't touch imports." Is it difficult to replace one by yourself or is it quite involved? I can't find much info about it. Also, is this a common predicament anyone else faces? Going to garages in the UK but not getting a lot of help? Is kind of worrying for the future.
