So sorry to hear you have problems so soon after purchase. Did you buy privately ? If not, take it back to the business you bought it from; have them repair it . Otherwise, please read our Servicing Section where members are encouraged to make recommendations for servicing and repairs There must be a competent business near you. Good Luck. I have an earlier version than yourself, but am giving this some thought. Was a working rear hatch (by remote) demonstrated to you before you bought your van ? On my van, an earlier model, I have two switches by the steering wheel. Left hand side of the wheel on mine, and quite low down. Not easily seen from the normal driving position One is an electric door disabling switch, and the other operates the rear hatch. Do you have the rear hatch switch; and have you tried it to open your rear hatch ? It should close it too.
