Hi All - I'm so happy to join in the "big sexy" appreciation club - Loved the Alphard for years and now happy to say I have just bought one.. AS Limited 2006. - Picking up this week. _ I was curious though if anyone has any recent idea of costs to convert one with roof pop up and kitchen conversion etc??

Around £12k all in. You may find cheaper from someone who just starting conversions or do lower quality conversions.

Half price if you DIY. Roof is the most expensive part, between £3-£4k.

  • 3 weeks later...

I bought one with the roof already done then junked the rear seats (they're SO uncomfortable to sleep on when folded) and built a simple set of storage boxes with hinged lids and covered with 4inch foam as a bed.
