No running issues or faults from what I can see. The symbol is for your side looking (peep and creep) front camera. It is switchable from the steering wheel and the head unit. The camera, if you have one is in the middle of the grill, just under the bonnet opening. A slight pointed, but rounded, projection. Only about a cubic inch.
