Can anyone tell me ifmy Alphi,2005 2400 isliable for the charge.Just received letter from Transport for london.saying i have to pay.also says,check with Toyota because some vehicles met the ztandards before they were legaly required Would this apply to my vehicle.cannot get info from toyota.Would appreciate any info on this matter.thanks in advance for any help.Phil.

Hi. I have got a 2008 2.4 Vellfire and have got to go to Harrow in a few weeks to help with a family house clearance. Are there any charges down there? My reg is DF08ZJK

I think you can look up any charges on the TFL website, if harrow falls with their area.

Install caura (android app) once you put in your reg, it will display every emissions based zone in the country, and if your vehicle is exempt. 

 

By default, your 2005 alphard did not come with an emissions cert. As it was not manufactured in the EU. 

 

The criteria ulez uses by default, it's to classify anything older than 2007 as non compliant, regardless of the fact the 2.4l is used in other compliant Toyotas

Either Chris may have made a small error, or a small typo.

If a typo, 2007 should read 2005.

 

My 2006 V6 is ULEZ compliant according to the TFL website.

I did use my registration to confirm this.

 

Other cities may have different requirements.
