phil sorry yes you got the correct fuel sensor if i was you i would not bother cleaning the maf sensor i had this problem with my 3.0 alphard best route is to replace the maff sensor they not exspensive put oe no. into ebay  2220422010   maff sensor circled in red in the drawing

H,Lee,thanks again for your valuable help.I did buy some M.A.F spray cleaner zo will try a clean.If no joy  will certainly buy new.Should i buy Toyota part ,so many on E.Bay.Again thank you for your time and patience.Phil.

From experience try cleaning it if works for a bit buy a genuine one I put aftermarket one on it ran like a bag off bolts genuine run like a dream
