Looking to get some views on when (intervals) and how (DIY or Recommended Garages) to get the CVT Transmission service done.

I think it is probably OK here.

 

I reviewed those available, and this is as good a place as any.

 

You could look in the Forum that covers recommendations for garages re any servicing.

Some Official Toyota dealers will work on your van, but most will not.

It is worth checking your local ones.

 

So a good independent garage is a must.
