Can anyone with experience fitting one of these tell me if they think a generic swivel plate might be suitable or adapted to fit

I also want my alphard front passenger seat to swivel

 

Iv seen swivel discs on ebay that can convert a fixed seat into a swivel seat and I fancy having a go.

Has anybody here attempted this conversion ?

And if so do you have any tips or advice ?
