Thought I'd try to reach out to fellow Alphard owners in south Birmingham and surrouding areas: Solihull, Redditch etc.

I have a 2003 2.4L camper rear conversion from New Dawn.

Would be great to have a few contacts within driving distance in case a face to face meet up would be beneficial. There's no substitute for seeing vehicles in the flesh for diagnosis, comparing modifications, checking functions and so on.

Hi Geralt,

I live in Kidderminster and work in Worcester so fairly close to you. My Alphard is my only car, so get's lots of use meaning I don't have too much trouble with it.

Happy to be of assistance if possible

Hi Catweazle,

That's great, thank you! Likewise, let me know if you need anything. In case you don't have it, I have Techstream working if you need any diagnosis.

Hi All, I’m in Acocks Green. Is there anywhere that’s good for servicing nearby?

I'm looking for that too. Toyota in Shirley told me they will do a service but not repair because it's not "on their system". Not sure therrfore quite what they could do beyond any other garage.

Let us know if you come up with anything.

I wouldn’t use a main dealer. There must be an independent specialist around.
