Has anyone had any luck getting ULEZ exemption?

 

I've got a 2003 e4 hybrid and wondering 

 

a) is it compliant

b) how to register as compliant (as it's an import)

    As Picasso mentions, believe only the AH10 facelift models tend to be ULEZ compliant, as due to their relative age they by virtue meet EU4 standard.
