If you can't get it started you should call them and discuss what action they will take. A conversation with Trading Standards and Citizens Advice before you do may be beneficial. I had 6 months on the van, 12 months on the conversion and 5 years warranty on the HV battery on my van from them. smurf Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 It is probably worth checking the oil level in the gearbox, even if it is just out of curiosity before it gets taken for repair.
