in Toyota Alphard Hybrid (2002 - 2008)

Hi,

My hybrid  Alphie has developed another fault.  It will only intermittently start and after using techstream has a fault code of P3140.  Has anyone had this code and managed to find what the issue was.  Help would be much appreciated.

Googling that fault code shows that on the Prius it is associated with the service plug on the battery or an interlock switch on the HV inverter cover.
