Looking for a part

Hello guys

 

Hello guys I am looking for a part but cant seem to find it any where hope anyone can guide me to where I can find the part as my stearing keeps dropping even it's locked in place after removing the cover happend to find out it was the issues of this part attached is the pic the white plastic thing with metal bering

Do you need the part number, or the place to buy from.

 

A better photo would be helpful.
