Middle row center seat removal

Hey all, 

 

we are looking at getting a 7 seater for ease of access to the rear seats as we have 2 baby seats, I see some Alpahrds have 3 separate seats in the middle row and not 60/40 slot, this looks like mainly a sliding try storage that can slide towards rear seats as well  but is also a seat, can this single middle seat be removed?
