Auto door lock help

Have a 2010 ANH20 Alphard ,has anyone ever have there door auto lock system start acting funny. If I lock all my door manually I can open them with auto lock but I cannot lock my door with the key fab or door handle sensor.  Now this is not all the time I can go for days or week when the system works fine then all of a sudden it doesn't but like the next day its working fine again.
