guywarrington
Our 2007 Alphard failed its MOT today on 'Offside and nearside rear axle swivel pins and bushes excessively worn' so I was wondering is it just a case of ordering new bushes? Do the pins come with them? I've seen a few for sale in the usual places unless you recommend anywhere specifically. My mechanic friend doesn't seem fazed and said he can fit them next week but just want to make sure I order the right parts. Any advice would be most welcome! guywarrington
Thanks so much! Now ordered and getting fitted this week. Yes, I read that they take a bit of punishment just from the sheer weight of the Alphard but also our roads are not not smooth compared to Japan! Many thanks again. Picasso
Lot of weight on that back axle considering it's the springs that holed most of it
