craftycrofty Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Hello all, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post! I've just imported a 2006 AH10 Automatic, Petrol, 8-seater and I keep scraping the bottom of the doors on the pavement as the camber of the road and high curbs often mean the door is very low to the ground. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? All the best, craftycrofty
Chris.ac Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Other than parking a few inches further out? If you have children, put child lock on so they can't accidentally open door and hit kerb 1
Rojie Posted August 28 Posted August 28 There are some parking locations near me with excessive camber (or poor road laying skills). You must remain aware and cautious and avoid them. You could raise the height of the vehicle, which I would not recommend; and that appraoch is very expense.
