how do you remove the gearbox control module

Hi Roger, I would like to know if the gearbox control module can be 

removed from the gearbox with out removing the gear box, its a 2009 

Vellfire 3.5 engine, thanks Jim

I have absoutely no idea.

 

I was tempted to answer your original question by "Very carefully".

Inherently totally unhelpful though.

thanks for the information,

I had a look at it today, and yes you can remove the gearbox control unit without removal of the gearbox,

it was quite easy, first remove battery and box remove two further brackets, then you can see the control 

unit, undo the two securing bolts pull up the unit disconnect the plug and that's it, hope this post will be useful
