Hi,

Could anyone inform me where the correct fuse is for the rear camera and sonar sensors please?

My camera had water in it and is no longer showing, so I think it could maybe have popped the fuse. I’ve been informed that could be the same fuse for the rear sonar also. As it’s not reading distance so isn’t working also. Very annoying!

Any advice wound be welcomed

Thanks

Checking te JPNZ fuse lists and locations; the sonar and rear camera are not specifically mentioned !

I was hopeful of a “it’s this one”

moment as I and clueless as to what you have just advised me @Rojie 😂

I shall speak to a friend who works for Toyota.

The JPNZ fuse list explains where fuses are, what they protect, and their rating.

So, in your case, the list was of no use.

You won't find a fuse, because they are not directly connected to independent power.

The cameras are either powered via the headunit, or the intelligent park assist module (ipa)

The sonar also connect via the ipa.

It's more likely you have corrosion on the camera itself and it is no longer functional.

I think that may be the case as the camera had water in it unfortunately.

Just annoying that my sensors no longer work also.
Maybe a visit to a auto electrician is required.

🤦🏼‍♂️
