Hi! I've dug through the search and not found anyone recommending a garage to get the service etc done at on this side of London, but there are loads of alphards and vellfires on the streets round here! Trying my nearest backstreet place for the first MOT but any better tips gratefully received. Thanks!

Try Japanese MPV Specialists in Uxbridge, they should know someone.

I bought from MPV and would recommend them.

My machine has been faultless, apart from a chipped windscreen (A303 dual carriage way construction) that my insurance replaced for £75 excess.

However, that location may have different management and/or ownership now.

Covid had a serious impact on many a business.

Whatever, I believe, there was/is an adjacent business that did their mechanical work fir them.

Drop links, rear bushes, etc.

Worth a phone call, at least ?

one step ahead of you - i did already call about something else, the owner said they didn't do any maintenance work and I should go to jemca in edgeware for that. (jemca in edgeware don't service imports though)
